RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS OF PURCHASED GOODS

In case of refusal by the user to pay for goods ordered by courier with cash on delivery, the user

pays for the delivery and return of the relevant goods.

 

The user has the right to return ordered goods within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. When returning, the user agrees to bear all costs related to the return of the goods.

 

GENERAL TERMS

The user undertakes to pay the selling price of the goods purchased by him, as well as the postal, courier or transport costs that are not included in this price and are related to its delivery. The User undertakes to pay the delivery costs in the cases in which they are specified by negotiation between the Representative of the electronic store www.pensiluet.com and the User.

The goods requested for purchase are delivered with appropriate packaging and transport according to its type to the delivery address specified by the User in a period sufficient according to the circumstances, agreed between the Representative of the electronic store www.pensiluet.com and the User.< /p>

The goods are delivered to the delivery address of the User or to a third party - a representative of the User, who accepts and confirms receipt of the same on behalf of the User.

When handing over the goods, the User or the third party representative of the User signs the accompanying documents serving as confirmation of the delivery of the goods. In the event that the User is not found within the deadline for delivery to the address specified by him or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within this deadline, the Supplier is released from his obligation to deliver the requested goods. The user can confirm his desire to receive the goods after the expiration of the delivery period in which he was not found at the address, bearing all the costs of delivery. In this case, a new delivery period starts from the moment of confirmation according to the previous sentence.

 

The Supplier undertakes to transfer to the User the actual part of the purchased goods aftere receipt by the Supplier or his representative of the purchase price of the specific goods; to deliver the goods requested for purchase on time; to take due care in fulfilling his duties.

All disputes between the parties shall be resolved in a spirit of understanding and goodwill. In the event that no agreement is reached, all unresolved disputes arising out of or relating to the contract between the parties, including disputes arising out of or relating to its interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, and disputes to fill gaps in the contract or - its adjustment to new circumstances will be resolved by court order by the competent court in the relevant city.
